basics¶
Some basics examples using the toolbox.
- example_find_static.py: find a stationnary signal
- maycalib.py: compute the calibration parameters of an IMU Fox
compass¶
Simple compass application using magnetometer data.
doors¶
open door detection using a Fox fixed on it. This principle was used on the Aribo project.
goniometer¶
Computes the knee angle between two IMUs located on the thigh and the shank.
heelon¶
heel on detection in pyhton and matlab with a Fox fixed on a human shank
hemi_gait_vicon¶
Contains three scripts for computing and visualizing quaternions from IMU using AHRS sensbiotk algorithms and comparing it to Vicon measurements.
The data are from hemiparetic subjects.

step counter and freefall detection with an IMU Fox fixed on a human.
real_time_ahrs¶
Contains three scripts for real time computing and visualizing quaternions from IMU using VPython api and AHRS sensbiotk algorithms.

vicon3Dvalidation¶
The folder SCRIPTS contains Matlab compliant scripts to compute from Vicon software (Tracker) quaternions and rotation angles and export them to .txt file.
The folder DATA contains three set of data recorded using both IMU and motion capture data, with the related export .txt files and the video.
